Princhester was located in the large property of the same name, and was is a crossing loop to break up the long section from Kunwarara to Marlborough. By the time these photos were taken the electric staff safeworking system in operation was replaced by centralized traffic control, however the small wooden building still lingered on in the early 1990s, as well as the classic departmental residence. In the next few years, nearly all these small structures around the state, would vanish forever from Queensland Railways.
