East Natimuk was a junction station. It split the line from Horsham, with a cross country branch heading south to Hamilton, and line heading west to Carpolac. In 1986 / 87 the line from here to Horsham was nominally open, although it is doubtful that it had seen any traffic for some time. The western branch to Capolac, and the short section south to Noradjuha closed on 8 December 1986.
